Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and activities

• Malware, botnets, phishing, credential harvesting, or fraud
• Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or network abuse
• Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or unsolicited messaging
• Hosting illegal content or infringing intellectual property
• Crypto mining or proof-of-work without written permission
• Any activity violating applicable laws or third-party terms

2. Security and access

• Maintain strong credentials and protect SSH keys; rotate if compromised.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or isolation controls.
• Report suspected security issues to support@bitvps.com promptly.

3. Network usage

• Respect fair use; avoid excessive bandwidth or abusive traffic patterns.
• No open relays or anonymizing services designed for abuse.
• Follow provider and regional compliance requirements.

4. Enforcement

• We may suspend or terminate services for AUP violations without refund.
• Serious abuse may be reported to relevant authorities or partners.
