1. Service

We provide VPS hosting without requiring a traditional account. Access is delivered via magic links or tokens.

2. Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, abuse, spam, or interference with our infrastructure.
• No misuse of third-party services from our servers.
• We may suspend/terminate service for violations or to protect the network.

3. Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card data.
• Prepaid terms: service runs for the purchased period. Refunds are generally not offered once provisioned.
• Recurring terms: billed per cycle; cancel before renewal to stop future charges.

4. Data & privacy

• We do not log or retain IP addresses; see the Privacy Policy for details.
• We collect minimal data (e.g., email, order/server details, payment metadata) to operate the service.
• We do not run third-party analytics or tracking beacons.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit, minimal logging, and limited data collection. You are responsible for securing your servers and access tokens/magic links.

6. Availability

Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance or suspend services to protect the platform.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BitVPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
