Verify it is us

Official BitVPS websites

BitVPS has one website and one Tor address, and that is all. Other sites have appeared using our name and logo. This page lists exactly what is ours so you can check before you pay, and explains what to do if another site took your money.

How to tell you are on the real BitVPS

  • The address bar shows bitvps.com (or a subdomain of it). Look at the full domain, not just the word in it: bitvps.io, bitvps.space, bitvps.cloud, bit-vps.com and similar are not us. If a domain of ours such as bitvps.net ever shows a page instead of sending you to bitvps.com, treat it as fake.
  • Over Tor, the address matches the onion above character for character. Our access-link emails include both the clearnet and the onion link.
  • Email from us comes from an address ending in @bitvps.com. Encrypted mail is signed by the PGP key above.
  • Anything we publish about the brand, prices or locations is also in the FAQ and our machine-readable site summary, which you can compare against.

What BitVPS never does

Most impersonation sites give themselves away by asking for things we do not have. We never:

  • Ask you to create an account, choose a password or verify your identity.
  • Ask you to deposit money into a balance or wallet. Every payment here is a one-time invoice for one server.
  • Ask for a payment, deposit or fee to open a support ticket or to release a server.
  • Accept USDT or other stablecoins. We accept Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana and cards.
  • Contact you first by Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp or phone. Support is by email, and only from @bitvps.com.
  • Ask for your access link, password, seed phrase or card details by email.

Sites that are not BitVPS

bitvps.io is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by BitVPS LLC. It appeared in 2026, copies our name, and offers "accounts", "balances" and "deposits" that do not exist at BitVPS. We have no access to it and cannot see, recover or refund any payment made there. Reviews and complaints about deposits on that domain concern that site, not bitvps.com.

The same applies to any other domain, marketplace listing, Telegram channel or reseller using the BitVPS name. If it is not bitvps.com or the onion address above, it is not us.

If another "BitVPS" site took your money

  • Keep the evidence: the URL, screenshots, the payment address and transaction ID, and any emails.
  • Tell the exchange or wallet you paid from. Some can flag the receiving address; card payments can be disputed through your bank.
  • Report the site to Google Safe Browsing, to Microsoft SmartScreen, and to the abuse address of its hosting or CDN provider.
  • If you left a review on Trustpilot or a directory, make sure it is filed under the domain you actually paid, so other people searching for that domain see it.
  • Let us know at [email protected]. We cannot refund money we never received, but every report helps us get these sites taken down.

Questions

Is bitvps.io BitVPS?

No. bitvps.io is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by BitVPS LLC. It has no connection to our servers or payment systems. Our only website is bitvps.com, plus our Tor address.

I paid a "BitVPS" site and got nothing. Can you refund me?

Only if you paid on bitvps.com: write to [email protected] with the invoice or order ID and we will look into it. If you paid on any other domain, the money never reached us and we have no way to see, recover or refund it. Report it to the exchange or wallet you paid from and to the sites listed below.

Does BitVPS have accounts, balances or a wallet to top up?

No. There is nothing to register, log in to or top up. Every payment is a one-time invoice for a specific server, and you manage that server through a one-time access link we email you. A site asking you to deposit funds into a BitVPS balance is not us.

How do I reach real BitVPS support?

Email [email protected]. That is the only support channel; we have no ticket system, chat, Telegram or Discord. We reply from the same address, never ask for payment to answer, and never ask for your access link, password or payment details.

Is BitVPS a registered company?

Yes. BitVPS LLC is a United States company and BITVPS is a registered trademark (US Reg. No. 7,173,735). The brand has been in use for VPS hosting at bitvps.com since 2012.
