How accountless, crypto-paid VPS hosting actually works.

Do I need an account to buy a VPS?

No. There is no signup, username or password. You pick a plan, pay, and receive a one-time access link by email. That link opens a page where you can see your servers, reboot or reinstall them, open a console and extend billing. Request a fresh link from the homepage whenever you need to get back in.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum and Solana through our crypto checkout, or a credit or debit card. Crypto invoices are quoted in USD at checkout with the exact coin amount and address shown; the server deploys automatically once the payment confirms on-chain.

Is there any KYC or identity verification?

No. We do not ask for a name, address, phone number or ID. The only thing we need is an email address that can receive your access link; a privacy-focused or alias address works fine. Card payments are handled by the card processor, which applies its own fraud checks; crypto payments involve no third party at all.

Can I order and manage my server over Tor?

Yes. The whole site, including checkout and server management, is available as a Tor hidden service at bitvps4pngisidy7golxfyti2ivyimg5o6t7po3ggj7vo7lmbxcmjuyd.onion. Access-link emails include both the clearnet and the .onion version of your link. Browsing over Tor on the regular domain also works.

How fast is a server ready after payment?

Card payments provision within about a minute. Crypto payments deploy after the network confirmations our payment processor requires: typically 10 to 30 minutes for Bitcoin, and a few minutes for Monero, Ethereum or Solana. You get root SSH access with your own key or a generated password, and can reinstall the OS yourself at any time.

What operating systems and locations are available?

Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04, Debian 12 and 13, Fedora, Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux and CentOS Stream, selectable per server and reinstallable from your access page. Locations are Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki in Europe, Ashburn and Hillsboro in the United States, and Singapore. Availability per plan is shown on the plan cards.

Is billing hourly or monthly, and can I cancel?

Both. Prepay by the month, or pay hourly for short jobs. There is no contract: a server runs until its paid period ends, and you can extend it from the access page at any time, with the same payment options. There are no setup charges.

What am I allowed to run?

Anything legal that does not harm the network: VPNs, Tor relays and hidden services, web apps, game servers, bots, backups and so on. Spam, DDoS, malware and phishing are not permitted. Cryptocurrency is a special case: mining, mining pools, Stratum proxies or relays and anything else that serves hashrate is prohibited with no exceptions, because the datacenter network we build on bans it and will lock a server it flags. Running a personal Bitcoin, Monero or other full node is generally tolerated, but it falls under the same upstream policy, so run one at your own risk: if a node is flagged we cannot restore the server or refund it. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

What hardware are the servers on?

KVM virtual machines on modern AMD EPYC (x86) and Ampere Altra (Arm) hosts with NVMe storage. Most plans include 20 TB or more of monthly traffic; the exact allowance is on each plan card. Each server gets a dedicated public IPv4 address, IPv6, full root access, and a browser console for recovery when SSH is unavailable.

How do I get support?

Email [email protected]. A PGP key for encrypted mail is linked in the footer. We answer from the same address and never ask for your access link, password or payment details.

Is bitvps.io (or any other "BitVPS" site) yours?

No. Our only website is bitvps.com, plus our Tor address bitvps4pngisidy7golxfyti2ivyimg5o6t7po3ggj7vo7lmbxcmjuyd.onion. We have no accounts, logins, wallet balances or support tickets, and we never ask you to top up a balance or make a second deposit to reach support. Every payment here is a one-time invoice for a specific server. If a site asked you to deposit USDT to a "BitVPS" balance, it was not us; report it to Google Safe Browsing and to the exchange you paid from.
